Bob Kennedy

Been involved in weightlifting for over 45 years in lifting, coaching and refereeing, being many times Scottish Champion and record holder in the 67.5 and 75kg classes.

Represented Scotland in the 1978 and 1982 Commonwealth Games finishing 4th and 8th respectively.
Was World Masters Champion 1994 and 2002 and is an Australian Masters record holder in two bodyweight classes.
Coached British and Scottish champions at both Junior and Senior levels as well as Australian champions at Junior and Schools level.

Coached many Crossfit athletes the techniques of Olympic weightlifting
